Rev. James McManus was installed Dec. 2, 2012, at Bethel ARP Church in Winnsboro, SC, as the 13th ordained pastor to serve Bethel’s congregations in the church’s 170-year existence. The service was conducted by a Catawba Presbytery-appointed committee, led by Committee Chairman Dr. Clyde McCants.
Rev. McManus began his ministry in 2006, serving as associate pastor of White Oak ARP Church in Senoia, GA. He previously served as youth director and ministerial intern for Olivet PCA Church, McConnells, SC. He is a 1999 graduate of Winthrop University and received his Master of Divinity Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary Charlotte (NC) in 2006. He married Beth Paige and they have two daughters, Maggie, 4, and Hannah, 6-months.
